So if I put a player in an evo and I have done the first challenge of the evo but I never claim it until it expire. Does it automatically claim it when it expire ?

No, it does NOT auto-claim everything.
If the evo expires, you will only get the levels you already completed
But you still need to claim them manually before it expires (for each step)
If you don’t claim a completed level, you can lose that upgrade.
The safest is to always claim each step as soon as it’s done.
