Won 6-4 in Division Rivals but got a DNF Loss after final whistle

I am posting this to report a frustrating and unfair issue in Ultimate Team (Division Rivals) that needs immediate attention from the development team.

I just finished a match and won fairly with a 6-4 score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the match concluded. However, right during the post-match screen transition, I received a server disconnection error and was kicked out of Ultimate Team.

When I logged back in, the system registered this match as a DNF (Did Not Finish) loss for me.

I already contacted live support, and they admitted that their system "locks them out" from manually fixing match records or granting compensation for individual drops.

This is completely unacceptable. As players, we shouldn't be penalized with a loss and ruined multipliers for EA's server instability after we already won the game. If support agents don't have the tools to fix this, the developers need to overhaul this broken automated DNF system.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any acknowledgment from EA staff would be appreciated.
