World Tour Chemistry Bug

I applied the World Tour skin to my player Heung Min Song, which is supposed to boost his nationality's chemistry to make him easier to use. However, even with three Icons and Jordi Alba (End of an Era), he doesn't have full chemistry; he only scores 2 out of 3 points. I tried using a manager from South Korea and assigning him to the MLS league, and he still only scores 2 chemistry points. This is clearly a bug that needs to be fixed.
