Wrong Playercard from Shop playerpick

I bought the 3x87 Playerpick for 400 FC Points there was 2 gold 87 and Scream Hero DiNatale i Chose him and got Williamson 87 gold Card instead i already wrote the Chat Support but they dont want to or cant Help with the issue.
