Wrongfully accused of coin trading!

For half a month, I grinded in front of my computer every single day and earned 20 million coins legitimately through the transfer market. And what did I get? Accused of coin buying and selling. EA keeps saying their investigation was correct and refuses to unban my account. Now I can't even access UT mode. This company is seriously messed up — they don't care about their players at all.

So instead of getting an answer i get another ban and this time from transfer market, as i continued to sell my cards on the transfer market which clearly you are not allowed to do. Wow just wow! Definitely not getting fc27 now and uninstalling this horrible game!

I have been a customer for almost 17 years (since 2010). I was banned last week from all EA games for buying coins when i did no such thing. I provided evidence of no wrong doing and the ban has not been lifted. I submitted an appeal and i keep getting an automated message from a bot telling me the ban will not be lifted when it is obvious no additional review was done. 

In this appeal I formally requested a manual review of the action taken on my account.

I believe this punishment may have been issued in error, as I have not used any third-party tools, coin buying services, bots, or exploits. My gameplay and transfer market activity were consistent with normal in-game mechanics.

Additionally, I submitted a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) under applicable data protection regulations.

I asked to provide: 
• The specific reason for this action
• The market transaction logs or data points that were used to justify the punishment
• Confirmation that my case has been reviewed by a human member of the TOS Team, not an automated system

I received nothing of the such and got another automated message back. If this isnt resolved, i can safely say you have lost a customer of 17 years and I will never recommend another EA game again in my life. 

I would also like to call out Shanks from the customer experience team. Who responded to my appeal but obviously did not read single word. He responded to my appeal telling to to submit an appeal and provided the link to do so. Mind you, this was his response to my active appeal which i already submitted. 

Again, awful customer service like I have never seen in my life.

They won't do anything you'll be banned forever I have been trying to appeal my ban for a month and they haven't helped

You replied to a post just posted few minutes ago but you don't reply to frequently brought up issues like unlocking the the transfer market, that's not fair
