Wrongfully Banned - False Positive Coin Distribution - Loyal PS5 Player

Hello EA Team and Community,

My name is Zhao Dirui. Today (April 21, 2026 at 5:46 AM China Time) my EA account zdrhaha (PS5, email: [edit: email address removed]) was permanently banned for alleged “coin distribution”.

I completely deny any violation. I have never bought or sold coins, used third-party services, bots, or any unauthorized methods. All my coins and items were obtained through legitimate gameplay, SBCs, pack openings, and normal Transfer Market activity.

I am a long-term loyal player who has spent several hundred thousand dollars on official FC Points directly from the EA Store over the past few years. This clearly shows I am a high-value paying customer who always plays fairly.

I believe this is a false positive caused by EA’s automated detection system. Market fluctuations during Evolutions, SBCs, and player sniping likely caused my normal trading to be misflagged.

I have already submitted a formal appeal through official channels and requested a DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) for my transaction logs. I kindly ask the TOS team to perform a manual review of my full account history and purchase records.

Please help escalate this case and lift the ban as soon as possible. I really want to continue enjoying EA Sports FC as a loyal player.

    if you've already raised a dispute, then I can only recommend that you wait until they finish their investigation into your case and get back to you. Hopefully you'll hear something from them soon, but we can't make it go any faster here on the forums.

    You can always check the status of your case here, just be careful that you don't continue it as that'll pull it out of the queue, and it'll take longer for our terms of service team to get back to you.
