Xbox Shutdown Issue During Division Rivals

My Xbox keeps shutting down only when I play Division Rivals. The game triggers an instant power-off in the middle of matches, causing automatic losses and ruining the experience. This issue doesn’t happen with any other game, so it clearly needs an urgent fix.

    Same thing happened to me last night on ps. Lost 3 consecutive matches due to this and was winning on 2 occasions. I got relegated in div rivals because of it. So frustrated I don’t even feel like playing anymore
