All Created Players’ Faces Turned Black After Exiting Manager Career Mode

Title: FC 27 PS5 Bug - All Created Players’ Faces Changed

Platform: PlayStation 5

Game Mode: Manager Career Mode

Feature: Create a Player

Bug Description:

I am experiencing a serious bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

After backing out of Manager Career Mode cause I accidentally didn’t wanna make a new load , the appearances of all my created players changed unexpectedly to all black. Their faces and skin tones no longer match the appearances I originally created.

This issue affects every player I created, not just one individual player. I have a screenshot showing the problem.

Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. I would also appreciate help restoring my players’ original appearances without having to recreate them all.

Please let me know if there is a workaround or whether a future game update will address this issue.

Thank you.
