Can't Train Freekicks, Penalties or Curve in Development Plans

This has been ongoing since FC 25 and it still hasn't been fixed, the devs have been made aware and they completely ignore this issue, what's the point in the Dead Ball Playstyle if I can't even train Freekicks or Curve?

It ruins the immersion of the game, youth academy strikers end up with 90+ finishing and 50 curve and penalties because I can't train them, it doesn't make any sense.
