Career mode Control

How come we are only allowed to only choose 1 club ? When in Madden you can control all 32 teams, Which is more teams  any league holds. It would be awesome if you can give more slots for us per save to control more teams or give us the option to veto unrealistic Cpu Transfers at the least or be able to play/sit in on other clubs game to keep things fresh and have the save be able to on for longer then 1-3 years. Another thing i think would be great and help would being able to customize the kits even if its changing the color of the current default kits and keeping the same sponsorships would help also with keeping things fresh but i understand that might be a tricky ask. Another thing that i think could be taken from madden franchise mode is the free agent system , where players look at if a team is contending/location aka close to home etc/ that can also stop unrealistic transfers.
