Career Mode Squad Management Glitch: Squad Update breaks rosters

Hello everyone, I found a major bug in Career Mode (tested on multiple teams like AS Roma and Lazio).

If I start a Career Mode offline with the default factory squads (no live updates), the team management screen works perfectly and all players are visible. However, as soon as I download and apply the official squad updates and start a new career, a huge bug occurs: players completely disappear from the reserves and substitutes in the 'Squad Management / Tactics' screen, even though they are listed in the Squad Hub.

This is 100% caused by the latest squad update database. I am attaching a video proof showing the exact issue. Please fix this database error as soon as possible!"

    Just a quick update: I tested this on multiple teams and it happens every single time the live squad update is applied. Please, we need an urgent fix for this database error.

    day 3 update: The problem still persists. after testing, squad management and tactics work completely fine with default/ initial rosters, but as soon as the latest official squad update is downloaded and applied payers disappear from tactics and squad screens. please pass this to the dev team to check the database update. thanks!
