How Much Longer Is EA Going to Ignore the Career Mode Community?
At this point, it’s honestly unacceptable how EA continues to acknowledge—or at least be made aware of—the issues affecting Manager Career Mode while players are left waiting for actual solutions. The frustration throughout the community is obvious, yet we continue to see the same problems go unaddressed.
Dynamic Overall has negatively impacted Career Mode for countless players, youth players are practically impossible to loan out because clubs rarely request them, the substitutes’ bench constantly rearranges itself without permission, and players start demanding transfers or threatening to leave after missing just one or two games. These are only SOME of the issues, and I could go on and on.
I’ve spent WEEKS scrolling through these forums, reading complaint after complaint about both major and minor issues, and I have yet to see ONE major issue properly addressed, let alone fixed. How much feedback does EA need before meaningful action is taken? What is the point of providing feedback and reporting bugs if the community sees little to no progress?
Who else can we bring these concerns to if posting on these forums isn’t getting us anywhere? Is there a team, department, or someone higher up who can actually listen to the community and push for change?
We aren’t asking for perfection. We’re asking EA to address legitimate issues that are actively making Career Mode less enjoyable. Please stop letting these complaints pile up without meaningful responses or action. The Career Mode community deserves better communication, accountability, and, most importantly, actual fixes—not more silence while the same problems continue year after year.
