Loan backs and playstles

Making a player career is pointless. I make a 6'5 target man but can't get precision header play style, which makes no sense. This was the same issue last year. Then in manager career you try and buy a player with a loan back clause and the club will always reject it. Even if I overpayment and it is realistically a player they'd want to have loaned back. I really don't understand why career mode and player career is ignored year upon year and everything is put into ultimate team. Completely disregarding a part of your fan base.
