This is the best fix I've found.
1. Go to the main menu and enter Kick-Off mode.
2. Click Classic Match and pick your Career Mode team as the home side.
3. Go to Game Settings and change the pitch type to Artificial Turf.
4. Back out of Kick-Off and re-load your Career Mode file.
You also have to do the above for every team in the league so their stadiums don't have pitch wear. And also for every team you play away to in cup competitions.
Hi again bro i tested it just now but the problem is that we play on artificial turf only , its better on natural turf

EA_Darko Can’t we just fix the toggle within settings so turning off pitch wear does actually disable it? At the moment pitch wear is still applied even when it’s disabled. This was fixed in the FC26 patch. Thanks.
