Players that get good game time submit a transfer request after not playing for one game or randomly, both of my main strikers submitted a transfer request because of this bug.

EA_LunardustCat The system you described basically makes it impossible to build a squad with high-level backup players to the degree that happens at a large club. It's also unrealistic how quickly players go from "I need more games" to submitting a transfer request. You don't have enough of a window to improve their morale, and I've had multiple players leave despite having been played consistently in games since messaging me. And if you play a player in every game, they're scoring a goal a game, and their morale is "very happy", they should rescind their transfer request. If the initial system is so strict, it's only realistic that we have a chance to change the player's mind. I've monitored morale super closely and had more success at keeping my players happy, but it still means I have to play a starter when they're not optimal stamina, in a game against low-level opposition, when I should be able to rest them and play my backups. It makes sense to make players care more about this, but the new system is just too inflexible.
Hello, thank you for at least acknowledging this post. To be fair, the issue has been reported to the development team on August 5th, first day of closed beta testing. Supposed to be a major Title Update (1.1) releasing tomorrow or Wednesday, this problem was highlighted as the primary Manager Career mode patch for the update. Are you now indicating that the issue will not be patched in the next update? And if so, when can we expect the corrections to the game mode. There are thousands or millions of dedicated career mode players that payed for Early Access, and have touched the game, since September 17th, because of numerous broken game elements.

Youth academy players from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have a bunch of surnames from West Africa (Senegal, Ivory Coast etc.) please fix this, DRC has its own language and naming customs, why then do the youth players from DRC have a bunch of non-Congolese surnames? It doesn't make sense, it's like scouting in Germany and getting a bunch of players with Portuguese surnames.
Same applies to Mali, you scout in Mali and all you get is Arab surnames, why? Mali isn't an Arab country, and the people from that country do not have Arab names, it doesn't make sense, it's laziness from EA.
Please fix this, it's extremely ignorant and culturally insensitive.
It's better for them admit the messed up rather than them gaslighting us.

Agreed. All of my top players demand to leave.
I even edited the stamina so all of my players have 99, then minimised the squad to 22, then played pretty much the same 11 for all competitions.
They still wanted to leave.
This may be what they tell you, but it's not true. I have an Important CB, complained about playing time. I started him the next 10 games, never subbed him. His stamina was low (not 40%, but closer to 70%), so I gave him the next game off, he requested a transfer the next day. And he was Important. The programmers are lying to you or don't know their code.
There is still no information about a new update ??? The most saddest thing is, that it seems EA doesn’t want to work with their players/customers but against them….how can they say “guys that’s how it works and you have to manage your squad better” ? It is impossible when the features don’t work……I am sitting here after work and wait for the next update to finally start my new save….every year I can start my career later and that is very frustrating. In the past I had always Holiday at the Release of the new game….since 5 years I am more intelligent…..
It absolutely isn’t. I am sick of EA insinuating that we are the issue. How do I know we aren't the issue and the game logic is broken? I can do basic math.
The 90% and 50% numbers they keep shoving down our throats are wearing thin. If Career Mode is working correctly as EA suggests, then explain the following in my LFC save.
Wirtz: 94.21% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Macca: 92.74% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
VVD: 97% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Hugo: 91.84% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Gapko: 90.93% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Gravenberch: 97.04% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Kerkez: 90.89% - Transfer Request due to lack of minutes.
Are any of these numbers below 90, let alone 50?
I mean, I haven’t been able to play carer mode for 3+ weeks now due to this issue. And can’t play until it is resolved. There is no point in playing a game which takes away my top players in every single save.
Just switch off the new feature and let us play. Tell us when this is due to be fixed?
