Severe bugs in manager Mode – Transfers, Team Sheets, Player Growth, and Morale

Huge issues in Career Mode:

Transfers:

 Signings not arriving: When I sign a player, it states they will join in the next transfer window, but they never show up.

 Sold players not leaving: When I sell a player, the game says they will depart during the upcoming transfer window, yet they remain in my squad indefinitely.

 Contract renegotiation bug: When negotiating with a player and attempting to counter-offer, the game suddenly triggers absurd demands, forcing salary demands of €800k–€900k/week.

Team & Squad Management:

 Zero squad control / Broken Team Sheets: Whenever I set and save my Starting 11 and substitutes, the game automatically resets them. Random players are placed into the starting lineup and bench as soon as I go back into the menu.

 Forced player transfer requests: Starting a brand-new career mode, the top players immediately demand transfer requests on Day 1 without giving any chance or option to prevent it.

 No Player Overall Growth: Young/in-form players are not developing properly. Even when playing regularly as starters and maintaining top form, their dynamic potential and overall ratings barely increase.

 Forced Captaincy changes: I should have full control over choosing the team captain instead of getting forced board emails demanding a change.

Gameplay & Morale:

 Clunky aerial duels & trips: During aerial challenges, players constantly lose balance, trip over themselves, and lose the ball. (This tripping/stumbling animation bug has been present for over 5 years now).

 Broken Morale & Substitution Logic: Young or lower-rated players instantly request transfers or demand game time. The system only registers starting appearances—subbing them in as bench players does not satisfy them. Furthermore, if you sub off a key starter to give a sub some minutes, you immediately get an angry email from the starter complaining about being taken off.
