Things wrong with the game
Going into my 7th season on my Wimbledon career mode now and I’ve found a lot of things wrong with the game. My biggest problem at the minute is my transfer budget every season. Just qualified for Europa league and I’ve gone into the next season to see 31 million in my transfer budget. Abseloutley ridiculous amount considering you’ve upped the prices of everybody this year.
another problem is transfers being hijacked. I can cope with the odd transfer I want getting stolen but as a European side now I think it’s a bit silly when Man City sign all 3 of the cdms I wanted to improve my midfield. And then a season later I won’t be able to sign any of them after they play 0 minutes because they’re at Man City and they’re the top dogs. I’ll go to try sign one and it’ll tell me they have zero interest.
Another problem I’ve just encountered as I’ve gone to play arsenal for my first game of the season is my centre half who’s had 3 months off only has 30 percent of his stamina so I’m now gonna bench him and it won’t shock me when he asks to leave a few days later because he didn’t play one game. I thought the stamina glitch on centre backs was patched in fc25.
Another issue is player pricing because I have a 20 year old 80 rated right winger worth 13 million and a 20 year old 79 rated centre half worth 80 million. Also when I’m looking for players I’ve noticed I can get tottenhams 91 rated William Gomes for just 23 million or I could take 80 rated Norton Duffy for 41 million. Not sure what you’ve done to prices but seems a bit dodgy mate.
gameplays also an issue as I feel the ai after season 1 or 2 seem to all play 433 or 442 where they just sit back with 4 defenders and have the rest of the team press. I’m not too bothered by it but the fullbacks really bug me because teams like arsenal and Newcastle with fullbacks who bomb up the pitch and try put balls in or a califiori who scores loads seem to just not go past the halfway line. Cant imagine playing psg and have Nuno mendes and hakimi man mark my winger all game.
playing feels a bit off aswell as I feel like your forced to play out wide this year as passing is terrible and first touches feel like your not even in control through the middle. The constant press from ai doesn’t help either. It almost feels like you sit back the whole game and wait to counter on the wings. Really repetitive and I find myself getting bored at a football game which I never had between fifa14 and fc25 career modes.
Has anyone who made this game actually play tested for more than half a season because the fact the game costs 100 pound when I’d have more fun downloading an older fifa really says something about the state of the game. Obviously ea won’t see this because they couldn’t care about a game mode that makes them no money.
