Transfer request

The transfer request system feels too easy for players to trigger, especially when another player in the same position is simply in better form. It also feels unrealistic that once a player submits a transfer request, they are unable to reconsider their decision, even if you start giving them regular playing time again.

It would be more realistic if players could withdraw or reconsider their transfer request based on changes in their playing time, form, or relationship with the manager. This would make squad management feel more dynamic and give players more believable reactions to situations within the team.
