Re: FC27 EA Play Trial says it's expired on first launch

It’s Incredibly disappointing that I decided to pay $10  for a month of EA Play, solely to try the EA FC 27 trial. Like many people on Xbox, I have been told that my trial time has expired when I haven’t even made it to the in game menu’s; so much for 10 hours. I haven’t seen much effort from EA to address this issue and of course there is no direct support line. Not to be cliche but after over a decade of buying these games for my love of the sport, it might be time to hang up the boots. It’s hard to want to support a company when they leave so many of their consumers in the dark. Not that it breaks the bank, but there goes $10. It’s the principle.
