    Hey everyone!

    Thank you for all your reports! Our team has made some changes and we've addressed the issue that could cause the EA Play trial to appear as expired without any hours played.

    You should all be able to access the game now, and we'll see you on the pitch!

It’s Incredibly disappointing that I decided to pay $10  for a month of EA Play, solely to try the EA FC 27 trial. Like many people on Xbox, I have been told that my trial time has expired when I haven’t even made it to the in game menu’s; so much for 10 hours. I haven’t seen much effort from EA to address this issue and of course there is no direct support line. Not to be cliche but after over a decade of buying these games for my love of the sport, it might be time to hang up the boots. It’s hard to want to support a company when they leave so many of their consumers in the dark. Not that it breaks the bank, but there goes $10. It’s the principle.
