Beta Code sent to deleted e-mail

So I have been an ea fc player for years and have gotten the code for the beta of the new game for years now. Unfortunately the e-mail I was previously using got deleted/discontinued by my provider given it was my university e-mail and I graduated. So it is apparent that I got sent the code but obviously to a deleted e-mail. I’ve been in a customer service chat for AN HOUR AND A HALF with a very helpful agent that assisted me in replacing my e-mail with a new one but unfortunately after that he said he cannot help me reaccess the code however i did mention that this was the sole reason I was contacting him today and why I needed access given this is the time of the year I look forward to most and it is extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer to this company for many years and I just plead to have a fair shot like everybody else on the beta servers considering its the most exciting 20 day time period of the year.
