Can't launch my FC 27 Ultimate Edition

I had purchased FC 27 Ultimate edition AND the standard edition from the Epic Games Store. The EA App only shows me the FC 27 Standard Edition, and I'm unable to access the Ultimate Edition I had purchased. Because of that, I'm not able to play the game.

I have linked my account correctly, and the EA App does not recognize my Ultimate Edition purchase.

    Sorry to see that you are running into issues tpwpp​ 

    Have you checked to ensure that you are logged into the right EA account, it can happen that if you log into a secondary one you see the error that you have been getting.

    Yes, I am in the right EA Account, I had linked my EA Account to the Epic account today.

    If you are linked to Epic and own the standard edition of the game there tpwpp​ then you will not be able to launch the game till release on Friday.

    I own BOTH the Standard and the Ultimate Edition in my account. In July, i bought the standard, and recently I bought the ultimate. So I should be able to access the game right now, right? I have the Ultimate Edition

    The Epic version is standard will not work till launch tpwpp​ 

    If you have the IE on Steam then you need to ensure that your accounts are linked and launching from Steam.
