Case #255247501 - Delay on FC 27 Transfer Market Ban Appeal
Hello Community Managers,
I am posting here to kindly request your help in escalating my active support case #255247501 regarding a Transfer Market Ban on EA FC 27.
My appeal was submitted 11 days ago and remains pending without any updates or review from the Terms of Service team. I also tried contacting Live Chat support today, but the advisor was unable to provide any status updates or escalate the ticket internally.
Because of this delay, I am missing out on time-sensitive seasonal content, SBCs, and Weekend League progress every single day.
Could a Community Manager please look into this or request an internal status update from the Terms of Service team for Case #255247501?
