Code is for wrong region and won't let me change

Hi. Is there anyway to get new code for correct region? When I filled the form, it glitched and wouldn't let me select a region and now the code I have received for the play test is locked to America when I'm in the UK. Tried requesting a new one but also wouldn't let me select Europe for new code to be assigned to. Any help please?

    If you selected the wrong PlayStation region during registration, you will not be able to change it after submitting your registration. If you are selected to participate, your game code will be issued based on the region you selected. If the region is incorrect, your code may not work on your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to update your selected region after registration. EA_Barry.

    Hi Barry,

    I am located in the United States. Both my PlayStation account and my EA account are set to the US region. I genuinely don’t understand why I received a code for the European region.

    This issue needs to be investigated because it is not only happening to me. Many people who have created topics about this issue are experiencing the same problem.

    I can provide any information or proof you need so you can verify that my claim is correct. Please review this issue and help provide a code for the correct region.

    Hi Barry, You have marked this as solved but I would suggest that it isn’t solved. It didn’t give us a chance to choose the region. I wouldn’t have chosen America if I’m in Europe. Please provide another code for the correct region.

    I selected the United States during registration, so I don't believe I selected the wrong PlayStation region. Could you please verify my registration details?

    I was invited to the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta. I registered with the United States as my country, and my PlayStation Network account is also set to the US region. However, I received a European (EU) beta code instead of a US code, so I cannot redeem it. I believe the wrong regional code was assigned to my account. Could you please investigate this issue?

    Hope they sort it soon! Spoken to chat and it's only the way they suggested or waiting for someone from the game test team to look into! It's stupid that we can't assign new code to Europe!

    Hi this is happening to me too. Given me a code for North America when I’m in Europe
