I got a mail that says "Your account's online access to EA SPORTS FC™ has been suspended for 28 days." But when I check the penalties section on EA Website it says the ban is permanent and I already tried to communicate with EA help but they are not answering neither. So I just want to know if I got banned for 28 days or permanently. Thank you in advance for your answers for EA Staff and Other members that had the same issue.

Unfortunatly we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, I'm afraid that you'll need to wait for them to get back to you. They're the ones able to look into bans like this.

Apparently you’re a hacker and u deserve it. 28 days is a joke hope it’s permanent if u actually used hacks cause people like u are the ones who ruin it for us fair competitive players
