    Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. It's completely valid to want to know why your refund request has been refused, rather than being left hanging. 

    While EA Play memberships are generally non-refundable, if you believe you're entitled to a refund per the Right of Withdrawal, you'll need to connect with our live support team again and state so once you're connected with an advisor. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your refund will be processed, as we don't have much insight into that process here on the forums, nor can we escalate or support these requests.

    Hey EA_mplsnow​ when the support team hear the word '' REFUND '' they close the chat.

    ea refund policy say clearly i do have the right to ask for refund if i didn't use any game , i was having 00 hours and guess what ? i didn't even download the game and when i ask for refund they close the chat on me, at first they say to me i will get refund after 72h purchase , but after 72h everyhing change.

      suxa1hl7jdzi​ Sorry to hear that. Just to confirm, were you able to speak with the advisor, or did they immediately end the chat? 

      Additionally, it might be worth being more specific as to why you'd like to refund the EA Play membership, such as mentioning you'd like to exercise your right to cancel, since it's generally non-refundable in other cases. 

      Again, if you still want to refund the membership, you'll need to continue working with live support, as we can't help with refunds here on the forums.
