EA fc Faulty ban system
I was playing Clubs normally when my game froze after a completed match. I used Alt + F4 to close the unresponsive game, and when I attempted to relaunch it, I discovered that my account had been suspended.
I would appreciate clarification regarding the specific activity that led to this penalty and a review of the evidence supporting the decision.
I was extremely sick so I allowed another person to play FUT Champions on my account. I was not present during those matches and cannot independently verify how they were played. I do not want to make unsupported claims about activity I did not personally observe.
bigger issue is that my email says suspension but the site says permanent ban
Again, we can't look into or help with bans here on the forums I'm afraid. You should get an email from our terms of service team about your dispute, and hopefully they'll be able to share some clarity.
