FC 27 Permanent Ban. the game just freaking started..

yes i did appeal already in the correct way and apparently either i reached the limit of appeals or they constricted my account but 10 days and no response yet. i only appealed once for the ban case and i can’t appeal more than that. my ea subscription has been cancelled due to the ban. the live agent told me i can’t get a refund unless the ban is lifted. and i’m afraid they will take forever to respond and when they do they will refuse to remove the ban because when i appealed it was right when i knew i got banned and i acted impulsively cause i was shocked and angry and couldn’t even elaborate or word myself right so i feel like they won’t. at least i wanna hear from them so i know what are the steps to be taken forward. as of now i can’t play the game on a new account. i can’t get my refund. it’s like waiting mercilessly until they decide they feel like responding to me even tho in their ea website it clearly says they usually respond within 7-10 days which already passed so what is this unprofessionalism that’s going on? i can’t afford to buy the game again in a new steam account and let alone the money i spent on the ea pro play subscription which i didn’t forget about. matter fact even if i afford to i shouldn’t do that cause wth genuinely i literally used my ea pro subscription like getting fc points and premium pass for day only i couldn’t even level up enough and they banned me. i lost all my progress and points/cards i collected and can’t start from zero again. and i just bought the game for 3 days. it genuinely doesn’t make sense. matter fact istg i got banned when i was playing fut champs and i encountered 2 hackers on that same day first which cost me the game, i couldn’t control my players or move them so basically i quit and they got free wins. that pissed me off so much and later on when i matched someone who defeated me by “time wasting and backpasses” (which is a serious issue alot of players here on forum are reporting) i got angry and added him and used improper language. i definitely regret it and it might be the reason that it led to all of this and i’m not saying i didn’t do anything wrong but banning me permanently is severe and unfair but any means because i just bought the game. and the game just literally dropped still season 1. i didn’t hack or use illegal stuff but obviously when i match hackers and lose ea wouldn’t do anything but if i say one word for an opponent who time wastes and shows no sign of sportsmanship i get permanently banned from the first time not even a suspension. one thing to note is that they probably banned me permanently because on fc26 i was playing with the same account and i previously got a suspension due to the same reason using improper language on a player who timewasted while they mock me and laugh. i’m not saying what i did is right but i’m only human and it’s normal to have emotions and get angry in the heat of the moment. but yes i admit i’m wrong and deeply regret even adding that guy and i’m willing to promise ea on my life on everything just unban me and let me play bruhhh and if i ever repeat that u guys can ban me anytime yall want i won’t even say none. PLEASE JUST UNBAN ME AND HELP ME WITH THIS CASE. and try to ban the hackers instead seriously i don’t get how we are in 2026 and there are still hackers bypassing anticheat javelin and so. please i wanna play already been 2 weeks and i lost my money and everything and no one wants to respond ugh. pleaseEA_Mako​ if u can help me in however way or forward this message to someone who’s working in ea in whatever department who can actually help me and DO something instead of telling me wait for a reply since i believe i’ve already waited enough (10 days). please do so and it’s much appreciated i genuinely need help asap i can’t
