How did you reach out to the support team? I'm not seeing any cases have been opened from this particular account, so it doesn't seem like there are any requests pending with them for your situation.
Please take a look through the page below and use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page if the steps listed don't allow you to request that refund directly. The support team can take a look if this is not showing up in the refund tool, thanks!

Thanks for the screenshots. What language do you have selected on the site?Given your case description is in English, if this is not also set to English, can you try switching it over temporarily to see if that will allow you to select the initial issue in English and submit the case from there?
