How did you reach out to the support team? I'm not seeing any cases have been opened from this particular account, so it doesn't seem like there are any requests pending with them for your situation.

This will not help you, but you are not alone. I got exactly the same problem and "fan care" bot even won't connect me with live advisors because:

"Our live advisors don't currently support this type of issue. Check out forums.ea.com. Post your issue if you don't find a solution. Otherwise, if you have more details, I can try helping again." 🤡

i have the same issue , i pre order FC 27 and i want a refund but there's no option for it in my purchase history  . i need help

Thanks for the screenshots. What language do you have selected on the site?

Given your case description is in English, if this is not also set to English, can you try switching it over temporarily to see if that will allow you to select the initial issue in English and submit the case from there?

still not working , that link brings me to the same dead end 

is there a way to actually get someone to do something ? they are very quick to take your money instantly but after that they are nowhere to be found , how hard is it to get your money back from a game that has not been released yet ? 

What dead end? seems like it's working from what I can see. Perhaps if you could share a screen shot of what it looks like when you follow the link.
