Fc 27 pre-order refund

Hello, I want to cancel my FC 27 pre-order and get a refund. There is no cancellation option in my Order History, and the game does not appear in the Refund Tool. I have not played the game. Plea...

    How did you reach out to the support team? I'm not seeing any cases have been opened from this particular account, so it doesn't seem like there are any requests pending with them for your situation.

    Please take a look through the page below and use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page if the steps listed don't allow you to request that refund directly. The support team can take a look if this is not showing up in the refund tool, thanks!

What dead end? seems like it's working from what I can see. Perhaps if you could share a screen shot of what it looks like when you follow the link.

    the link bring you back to where i have no options , i know the videos and explanations are clear and easy but the option is not there, it sends me to where i can summit a refund request but when it asks to select the game available , FC27 is not one of them
