ive reedemed my code but the game isnt showing up in my libary on the ea app on pc what do i do ive restarted the app like 10 times please help.........

I was told we could preload the game since yesterday but no game in the library to do so. Are you saying we will have to wait until the beta starts before we can start downloading?

Regardless, in the email I got with my code, it said I was able to preload the game, yet for me and many others, the game isn't in players library to do so
