Stop hiding and start responding to your players! The gameplay is absolutely terrible. You can grind for an entire week and still get nothing good. There are far too many hackers and constant, completely random disconnections. Ever since the game was renamed FC, the entire game has been going downhill. SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!

Why do you only respond to the issues you want to address? THE GAMEPLAY IS TERRIBLE! Fix the passing system somehow! In Player vs. AI, I aim a pass at one player, but the ball goes to someone else. I take 24 shots, my opponent takes just one, and they still win. HOW IS THAT FAIR?
You need to make serious changes to this game. You should change the name of both the company and the game, because this is no longer about football. It feels like your business model is based on misleading players and legally ripping them off.

Community ManagerI'm responding to the issues I can address. I understand you're not happy with gameplay. I can't directly fix that for you. The best we can do is relay your feedback. And, you have a far better chance of being heard when being constructive. Ranting and insulting the people that make the game isn't going to get your feedback taken as seriously as being detailed and constructive. Give us examples of the issues you're facing. Back them up with video.
Just telling us the gamplay is bad doesn't tell us what you're issues are. If your passes aren't going where you're aiming, show us a replay with the controller overlay on-screen. If there's legitimately an issue, we'll investigate it.
They never said anything about individual people, but the company which is a fair point . A couple of things necib hero card false advertising as icon league costing players hundreds of thousands of coins, hasn't been fixed since launch . Evolutions aren't better than alot of 80 rated cards and some sbc players are worse than cards that cost 1000 coins . Players have to have role ++ or they wont be in positions, and also need certain playstyles in certain positions to even be playable
