I need help with this game !?

My ping in games like CoD is 12 ms with an excellent server connection; the same applies to Fortnite, Hunt, and others. In FC 27, I have a 16 ms connection. When I run tests on your site, the results show 99.9% stability with no packet loss or jitter—yet when I go online, the gameplay is incredibly sluggish, slow, clunky, and completely unresponsive. EA FC just doesn't work properly. I’ve attached some of my test results so you can see for yourselves that the data and the actual in-game behavior don't align at all. It makes no difference whether I use a Cat8 or Cat6 cable—I’ve tried both, and naturally, there’s no change. Still, when you’ve spent money on games, you end up grasping at straws, hoping to get them to work. In any case, there is no reason for the game to behave this way; my test results are excellent, and my internet is stable and fast—a 1000/1000 Mbps connection. Nothing else is being downloaded while I play.
