Missing coins

I have been logged out of my ea gc account since 1pm this afternoon, I have re logged on at around 20.30/20.40 to see what came out on fc27 6pm drop and when I left I had 1.2/1.3 million coins. I now have less than 600k and yet I haven’t been online. But for some reason I can get in touch with an advisor. I need help or an advisor to get in touch. Because currently I’ve lost out on my own money I’ve spent on the game which is a personal decision but one which has now been meaningless because half of it has gone missing

  • Hey there, I’m sorry to hear that you're missing coins. I can understand how concerning that is, especially when you weren’t playing during that time.

Please take a look at the EA Help article for missing EA FC content and follow the troubleshooting steps provided there: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/missing-fc-items/

If you’re still unable to locate the missing coins, the article also includes instructions on how to contact the EA Help support team so they can look into the account with you.

If you’re having trouble getting in touch with EA Help, let us know what happens when you try, and we can help point you in the right direction.

I have tried the trouble shooting steps. Doesn’t work. I’ve tried getting in contact with an advisor and it says that this is not something an advisor deals with. Really poor. I need help urgently

You should be able to get in touch with an advisor for missing content issues. Where exactly are you getting stuck when trying to contact EA Help?

I have also lost over 400k coins for no reason, on the 27th I had over 400k and when I went to work on the 28th and come back home, I went on the game to see all my coins were gone. It’s a joke how company this big allows this stuff to happen. Thing is I have proof of my coins being there, I have proof I was also at work. So if I don’t get my stuff back. I’ll be going legal and doing a chargeback for my points I spent on the game and for the game itself

I put in the information regarding what I need help with. It takes me to the next page where I’m meant to get in touch with an advisor and then it says “this is not something an advisor can help with, please look at our community discussions and forums” and these are completely useless to what I need. It’s not good enough. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game which is my choice yes. But to have stuff missing and it be nearly a week later with no resolution is a joke.

It’s a joke mate. Yes it’s a choice to spend our own money on it. But for things to go missing is just bizarre and to get no resolution is ridiculous.

Hi there, I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced trying to reach EA Help. While we can't investigate missing content directly over the forums, we want to help you get connected with an advisor who can resolve this.

The automated bot tends to get confused when you mention missing coins or items and often redirect to an article or forums. More often than not, missing content means an account was quietly compromised, even if login details or passwords weren't visibly changed. If you tell the bot that your account was hacked or compromised, it should stop giving you the runaround and actually route you through to a live advisor.

In the meantime, we strongly encourage securing your EA Account right away to prevent any further unauthorized activity. You can find step-by-step guidance on how to update your credentials and enable two-factor authentication here:
How to secure your EA Account.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Could you please take a screenshot of what you see at the end of the chat before being redirected to this screen?

Like I told you before EA_cuervo, EA's helping sites are just a jungle of nonsence. Your customer services are non-existed and made to confuse your customers so that they, in the end, just give up.
