Perpetual Loading Screen

I get stuck in perpetual loading screens on FC all the time. It’s been happening since 2024 and it’s the same bug every year. I’ll be doing something in the menus and my game will stick me in a perpetual loading screen and I have to restart my game because of it. It makes navigating the menus awful. I spent money on this game for it to not even work. There is no support function either to speak to someone to fix it. I play on PS5

instances that cause the issue: putting players in a concept squad. Buying a player on the market. Completing SBCs. Opening store packs. End of matches post screen (resetting here makes me lose the game even if I have won) 

I'm getting so fed up and need someone to help me sort this.
