Second Disconnect Issue in FC Pro Open Ladder - Disconnected While Winning

I experienced two separate issues tonight in FC Pro Open Ladder matches. In the first match at around 12:10 AM, my opponent disconnected, but I was unfairly handed a Loss and dropped in Skill Rating. In the second match at around 1:45 AM, I was disconnected while winning, which again resulted in an unfair Loss. My own internet connection remained completely stable throughout both matches, and the issues

were caused by the match disconnect handling on EA’s side. Please investigate these matches and restore my Skill Rating or otherwise compensate me for the affected matches.
