No, it isn't. It seems to be happening to quite a few people. Just look around here in recent entries and forum posts. I can also attest to this happening. Spent 15k, than it happend to me for the 1st time. Got a Draft Token through EA Help, tried again, and now the EA Help page says that I'm not eligible for another. 15k down the drain, just what players need to happen to the right at the start of the game. Amazing...

Bro! My suggestion to reboot the router was sarcastic! Have you seen the steps they recommend for fixing issues like this? They never admit their mistakes. According to them, the problem always lies with our ISPs or our hardware. How often do you have to read through a whole page of settings just to launch a game? No matter what game I play, I just launch it and go. I don't check DirectX versions, I don't disable services (other than Microsoft ones), or anything like that!

Oh, dang, my bad! Sorry, I thought it was serious. You've got it right though, them deflecting blame like that is unfortunately so common now that it's sad. If I hadn't researched for like an hour I wouldn't even have found that we have the ability to apply for a Draft Token in case of bugs. Baffling. :/
