Sky issue with fc 26 into 27

I made several posts throughout the year last year about the joke server issue of sky and it was not resolved nor cared about enough to give a fix other than give more money for a separate router or even better change our services to virgin or other wise. I made all the adjustments bought vpns nothing fixed the issue. You're responsible for these servers meaning you have to find out the specific reason through sky as I've personally spoke to sky and they say they're not at fault the problems started at futbirthday 26. Will these issues be a launch if so I want to be eligible for a refund fully for the game.
