File a consumer protection report with the relevant authority in ur country, give them a summary of events as u recall it and provide contact details of PS store or Steam or whichever where u bought the game from with receipts and contact details, normally they will investigate your claims and support where their jurisdiction allows.

The same thing happened to me. I got banned right after buying the game, less than five minutes after launching it.

The difference is that my EA account is brand new, so it has never been banned before.
