Transfer Market Unlocked in Game but Locked on Web/Companion App

I’m experiencing an issue with the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 27.

My Transfer Market is fully accessible inside the game itself. I can search for players, buy players, and list players for sale normally through Ultimate Team.

However, when I access my account through the FC 27 Web App or Companion App, the Transfer Market is still locked.

The Web App displays the following message:

“This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App.”

This is confusing because the same account already has full Transfer Market functionality inside FC 27.

I have already completed all the required objectives to unlock the Transfer Market. Could you please check my account and let me know why the Transfer Market is still locked on the Web App and Companion App?

    That is likely working as intended 21de68731cdb8eae​ with you needing to unlock access to the app.

    I understand, but I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding my situation.

    My Transfer Market is already fully unlocked and accessible inside FC 27 itself. I can search for players, buy players, and list players for sale normally through Ultimate Team.

    The only issue is that the Transfer Market remains locked on both the FC 27 Web App and Companion App.

    I have not received any notification confirming that the Web App/Companion Market has been unlocked.

    Could you please check my account and confirm whether there is anything else I need to do to unlock the Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App?

    Hey 21de68731cdb8eae​ when posting on the English boards we would ask that all posts and attachments be in English.

    Did you receive a notification that you had unlocked transfer market access on the app?

    What is likely occurring is that while you have done the tasks required to unlock access, you still need to continue playing till such time as it unlocks.
