Was Banned in FC 25 but don't know if I'm still banned in FC 27.

Yes i was banned and the ban isn't unfounded so im not trying to get that sorted, all i want to know is if my account is still banned in FC 27. The ban states i believe, Football Soccer Ban (Permanent), I have contacted support and made ticket but no one answers the question. All i need is a yes or no, that's it, it's that simple.

Platform ~ Steam, Linked EA Account. 

I have attached what it looks like. I ask this since i have seen people with the same banned be able to play the new games but others who have the same ban not. It's way to over complicated.

    Thank you for replying, i can always buy the Game and refund it if it doesn't work :)

    Hi there. It depends what the ban was for. Unfortunately, we're not able to find out those details. If it was only for FC 25, you should be able to play FC 27. If it was a ban for all FC games, you would not be able to play FC 27.
