Why did EA remove so many national teams instead of giving them generic kits ?

new teams (7) : Cameroon, Chile, Greece, India, Peru, Venezuela, Vietnam. (only Vietnam is licensed) removed teams (16) : Algeria, Bosnia, Cabo Verde, Canada, Curacao, Côte d'Ivoire, Ecuador, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Panama, Senegal, South Africa, Tunusia, Uzbekistan 
lost licenses, unlicensed (11) : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Colombia, Congo DR, Republic of Ireland, Korea Republic, New Zealand, Paraguay, Switzerland, Uruguay.


i need to understand how for The World's Game update in FC 26, EA licensed 53 national teams, including 41 World Cup nations, and even included Algeria, Curaçao, Iran, Iraq and Jordan with generic kits. So EA clearly knows how to create generic teams. Why, only a few months later, were 16 nations deleted from FC 27 instead of being kept with generic kits? Sanctions may explain a case like Iran, but they can't explain removing Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Canada or Ecuador.
