Wrongfully Banned for Cheating

I’m honestly so disappointed and angry with EA right now.

I got permanently banned from FC online for cheating, but I HAVE NEVER CHEATED IN THIS GAME. I’ve never used cheats, hacks, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage in matches. I’m just a normal PC player who bought the game and wanted to enjoy it like everyone else.

I know cheating is a big problem on PC. There are plenty of actual cheaters out there, and EA needs to deal with them. But what about innocent players like me? Are we just supposed to accept getting banned for something we never did?

It honestly feels like EA can’t properly tell the difference between actual cheaters and legitimate players. Instead of accurately targeting the people who are really cheating, innocent players end up getting caught in these ban waves and losing access to games they paid for.

I’m tired of legitimate PC players being treated like this. We pay for the game just like everyone else, so why should we have to worry about being falsely banned? We shouldn’t have to suffer because EA can’t reliably catch the actual cheaters.

EA, I DID NOTHING WRONG. I NEVER USED CHEATS OR CHEATING TOOLS IN ANY MATCH.

I want EA to take another proper look at my case, stop giving me generic responses, and GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK IMMEDIATELY!
