Assisted finish

Hello EA Support,

I am having a problem with the shooting assistance settings in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

I want to play with Shooting Assistance set to Assisted. In the settings menu, it correctly shows Assisted, but when I enter a match, the shots behave as if they were set to Precision.

This happens in all game modes, not just Clubs or The Grounds. I have also tested it in offline modes and in training, and the problem continues to occur.

I have already tried several solutions:

  • Set Shooting Assistance to Assisted from the main menu.
  • Changed the preset to Custom.
  • Restarted the game.
  • Tested in offline matches.
  • Tested in training.
  • Restored my personal settings.
  • Reconfigured all the settings after restoring them.
  • Completely uninstalled EA SPORTS FC 27 and installed the game again.

None of this solved the problem.

The most important point is that the setting continues to show “Assisted” in the menu. It does not change to “Precision” in the settings. The problem only occurs when I start playing: during the match, the shots behave like Precision, instead of Assisted.

I am playing on PlayStation 5.

I would like you to investigate this issue and determine whether it is a bug in FC 27 or a problem related to my account or game settings.

I have even completely reinstalled the game. Therefore, I would like this issue to be investigated as a possible problem with the shooting settings or shooting mechanics, rather than simply being instructed to change the shooting assistance setting again.

    Olá, equipe de suporte da EA. Estou enfrentando um problema de finalização no EA SPORTS FC 27 no PS5. A opção “Assistência nas finalizações” está configurada como “Assistido” e continua aparecendo dessa forma no menu. Porém, quando entro em qualquer partida, as finalizações se comportam como se estivessem configuradas como “Precisão”. O problema acontece em todos os modos, inclusive partidas offline e treinamento. Já mudei a predefinição para Personalizado, reiniciei o jogo, restaurei as configurações pessoais, configurei tudo novamente e até desinstalei e reinstalei completamente o FC 27. Nada resolveu. A configuração não muda para “Precisão” no menu; o problema acontece somente durante as partidas. Gostaria que investigassem esse problema, pois quero que a finalização funcione realmente como “Assistido”. Obrigado.   I don’t understand só much but i send The portuguese version
