"AVATAR DATA COULD NOT BE SAVED, TRY AGAIN"

Hello,

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5. Every time I try to save my avatar, I get the error “Avatar data could not be saved. Please try again.”

The error appears even when I change nothing, or when I only change the name. It also happens when I edit the face.

I have already tried: deleting saved data for FC 27, clearing the PS5 cache in Safe Mode, and restarting the console. The problem persists.

It seems my avatar data is stuck or corrupted on the server. Could you please reset or repair my avatar data server-side?
