Cannot Sign In to EA Servers. Stuck "is connecting to the ea servers" Screen

For the last 2 days on my console on different PSNs on PS5, even after reinstalling the game I cannot get past the "username is connecting to the ea servers" screen. It never errors out, it just sits there for hours. Is there a way I can roll back the update I took or something? I cannot play right because of this. 

Web app still works so it isn't like my account doesn't exist, etc.
