Can't launch the game

It has been a week now since I've been able to even launch the game. 1 week ago I was able to play the game just fine and then suddenly after I closed the game due to connection issues I haven't been able to launch the game since.

I have tried many different troubleshooting steps such as:

1. Factory reset my pc twice
2. reinstalled the game 8 times
3. uninstalled and reinstalled the EA Javelin anticheat
4. disabled my antivirus, disabled all overlays
5. cleared the download cache
6. redownloaded the game through steam and ea seperately
7. used the ipconfigs that an advisor told me to try
8. ended certain tasks in my task manager that the ea advisor told me to try
9. clean booted my computer, deleted ".dlf" files per the ea advisor
10. repaired the game files
11. verified the game files and would get the message "3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired,"
12. moved the "license" folder to desktop
13. clean booted my pc
14. reinstalled the certificates for the EA apps
15. uninstalled all other anticheats and games
16. Tried to run the game in offline mode
17. Tried to run the game on 2 other PCs
18. Tried to run the game on a different network
19. Tried unplugging all peripherals
20. updated all of my drivers

Please help. Based all of the troubleshooting steps I've done, I believe this is something on EA's end. I have tried to talk to multiple EA advisors and been trying to look to see if other people in the forums have the same problem (there seem to be quite a few), but there has been no post or message about if this problem is even being looked at.
