Companion App not working

Hello EA Support,

My FC 27 Companion App was working normally before I downloaded FC 27 Lite on my Xbox Series X. After installing Lite, almost all features became unavailable in both the Companion App and Web App on Safari. My squad is still accessible, but the Transfer Market, SBCs, Evolutions and other features are disabled.

I believe this may be a bug related to FC 27 Lite. Could you please investigate my account and help restore access to these features?
