Connecting to football ultimate team is not possible at the moment

I'm experiencing this bug since i bought the game (this monday). 

It happens randomly. Basically I'm playing on my PS5 (PS4 version) and when i try to enter FUT it gives me this message:

Connecting to football ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu EA FC 27


I try again and again but it doens't work. Then i decide to hop on the PS5 version and i can enter FUT normally BUT i can't buy or sell/re-list anything on the market (same problem occurs on the WEB App).

Side note. I also tried entering FUT with my second account and there was no problem at all (PS4 version).

Please help.

Things that i have tried:
Changing internet connection;
Changing DNS (both Google's and CloudFlare's);
Restore license;
Clearing the PS5 cache.

    Okay, for ANYONE that is facing this problem (more specifically on PS5 console with the PS4 version of the game) i'm going to paste what the EA Support guy told me to do and it worked!

    Please sign out of your PSN account and then connect your console wirelessly with mobile hotspot and then sign in again using your PSN account and check if you face the issue again.

    After that I managed to enter FUT (even with the normal WI-FI)
